200 million U.S. dollars invested in Zhejiang Auto Parts, highlighting the effect of private companies on making cars

In the 3rd contract transcript of the Zhejiang Trade Fair yesterday, Zhejiang ushered in a heavy harvest - it signed 25 projects. Many funds flow to the auto parts industry invariably.

With an investment of 60,200,000 US dollars, the United States CPC technology company will build a large-scale production base in Ganzhou, focusing on auto parts production. Dehong Automobile Electrical Systems Co., Ltd., also from the United States, signed a joint venture with Huzhou Hongya Automobile Electric Co., Ltd. to inject 29.5 million US dollars to expand the production scale of its automotive electrical appliances. Baotong Group also raised US$46 million to cooperate with Jinhua Xinyang Hardware Tools Co., Ltd. to build auto parts projects... At the signing ceremony of the Zhejiang Fair, these investments in the auto parts industry were very conspicuous, and the reporters made a statistical summary. The total project investment amounted to 204.6 million U.S. dollars.

Hong Kong enterprises seek cooperation

In addition to the above-mentioned projects that have been finalized, some potential investment intentions have also emerged at this meeting. At the recent domestic and foreign auto parts industry matchmaking fairs, more than 30 Hong Kong auto parts manufacturers have come together.

“A lot of Hong Kong enterprises already intend to come to Zhejiang to develop auto parts and components, so this time they specially came to the group.” Mr. Li of the Hong Kong Automotive Opto-Mechatronics Industry Union told reporters that because of geographical advantages, Dongguan has been a lot of auto parts manufacturers in Hong Kong in the past. There are about 100 processing bases. However, due to the fact that the products are mainly based on small molds, as well as the scale and technical limitations, they gradually failed to keep up with the needs of Hong Kong, and the Zhejiang area along which the automobile parts manufacturing base was better became their first choice for cooperation.

The highlight of the whole vehicle effect of private enterprises

Zhejiang, which has a large auto parts province, has already supported half of China's auto parts industry. FAW, Dongfeng, and SAIC each purchase 50% of their spare parts from Zhejiang, and their exports account for 16.9% of China's total exports. This largely propped up the confidence of Hong Kong and foreign capital. However, their biggest driving force is the entire vehicle industry in Zhejiang.

Through the vanguard of auto parts, Zhejiang's private car manufacturing hot is still staged. So far, there have been 28 automobile production companies in our province that have been included in the national announcement, including 6 vehicle production companies and 22 production modified vehicles, involving cars, pickups, commercial vehicles and whole vehicles. Their demand is the market for auto parts. "Hong Kong automotive parts and components can be entered into joint ventures, private enterprise assembly plants, improve the efficiency of updating technology, business opportunities or many." The production of automotive electronics parts Hong Kong Enterprises New Technology Co., Ltd., said the person concerned. It is understood that the company has set up a factory with more than 400 people in Suzhou and will continue to increase investment in this zone, especially in Ningbo.

Private enterprises in Zhejiang began to integrate into the entire vehicle industry one after another, and the automobile production base in Zhejiang is largely cultivated by the production of advanced auto parts and components. During the Zhejiang-Qingtan meeting, news was reported from the relevant departments of Ningbo City that the medium and long-term planning of the automobile and parts industries that Zhejiang has been brewing for a long time will be held recently. According to the plan, Taizhou and Ningbo are expected to become the largest and most economical car production base in the province.
