The reporter was informed that the first six robots of the painting line of the assembly department of China Heavy Duty Trucks Bridge Co., Ltd. started operation at the same time, indicating that the painting line has achieved full-automatic spraying.

The six robots were purchased from world-class robot manufacturers, the United States ABB Group. ABB robot has flexible six-axis motion, can simulate spray flow control, atomizing air, spray fan to adapt to the complex contour of the axle surface, improve the paint utilization rate; robot spraying action and speed stability, paint film quality than manual spraying Stability, so that the quality of the appearance has been greatly improved; constant temperature and humidity in the painting room, significantly improving the working environment of employees.

At present, the company's assembly department is working with equipment manufacturers for further debugging. It is expected that by the end of December, all program debugging and painting operations of the automatic painting line can be further optimized, so as to realize the bridge box company's existing three series of nearly 100 products. The automatic spraying achieves the advanced level of domestic axle painting.
