Used in combination, it is widely used in the production of rubber products such as tires, impact modification, adhesive tapes, hoses, and rubber shoes.

At the beginning of this year, the third chemical workshop of Jinzhou Petrochemical Company, which is responsible for the production of butadiene rubber, proposed the goal of “one full and one long, two guarantees and two creations”. "Full" means that the device is fully loaded and production ensures that the butadiene high feed rate of the device is unchanged; "One Long" is the long-term operation of each device of Baoshun Rubber Co., Ltd. and timely adjustment of preventive measures and maintenance methods, especially for equipment failure The high-precision post-processing production line actively implemented preparations for wearing parts, clarified the equipment repair system, and tried every means to increase the operating rate of the equipment. “Two Guarantees” is to ensure the smooth operation of the device and ensure the quality of the finished product. “Second Creation” is the highest record for the production of the device and the lowest energy consumption standard for the product.

After clarifying the goal of “1, 000 tons of rubber production in the first quarter”, the Chemical Industry Third Workshop decomposes the indicators into monthly or even daily production, and at the same time refines the energy consumption of the device, clearly clarifies the increase in energy consumption, and reduces energy consumption. Create the lowest energy consumption of the product. In the first quarter, they realized a continuous full-load production of equipment, an average daily production capacity of over 110 tons of equipment, and a 10% reduction in product energy consumption. At the same time, they achieved a continuous operating rate of 98%, a stable operation rate of 100%, and a good finished product. The new product breakthrough rate exceeds 98%.
