The 8 coiled heat exchangers of Huating Zhongyu Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. undertaken by Kaifeng Air Subsidiary Co., Ltd. passed a preliminary technical review a few days ago. The contract is a coiled heat exchanger project with the largest number of sets and the largest specifications obtained by Kaifeng Airspace so far, which will greatly enhance the company's complete supply capacity of key coal chemical equipment.
The set of coiled tube heat exchanger equipment is used for the 600,000 tons/year methanol coal chemical project of Huating Zhongyu Coal Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. Heavy tonnage, 8 sets of high-pressure coiled heat exchangers weigh up to 98 tons, lightest also has 6 tons; high pressure, pressure rating up to 8.3MP, is the company's highest pressure in the coal chemical industry around the tube change Heater; long diameter, equipment up to 20 meters, heat exchange tube up to 1600 units. In order to complete this project, the Kaifeng air separation needs to expand the model specifications of the existing coiling machine accordingly, so as to form a new large-scale coiled tube heat exchanger production capacity.
It is understood that since the 90s of last century, Kaifeng Airspace has actively participated in the experiment and research work of domestic chemical fertilizers for low-temperature methanol-washed pipe heat exchangers. In 1997, they successfully applied the first domestic E7 high-pressure coiled heat exchanger to Ningxia Chemical Plant. Up to now, Kaifeng air separation has successfully provided more than 20 coiled heat exchangers to China's chemical industry, coal chemical industry, and nuclear power industry, and has gradually become an important base for research and production of high-pressure coiled heat exchangers in China.
