[ China Instrument Network Instrument R&D ] According to preliminary statistics, as of April 2, 2019, the Ministry of Science and Technology has announced a list of 57 key projects for the 2018 National Key R&D Program, totaling 1233 projects. The central government's total financial resources are about 20.66 billion yuan, of which five special items such as renewable energy and hydrogen energy technology have not publicized the central government's financial resources.
The key projects of the national key R&D plan “Making basic technology and key components†have publicly announced 42 projects, with a total of about 461 million yuan of central government funding, of which several projects are related to instrumentation. The publicity time is from April 2, 2019 to April 6, 2019.

1. Introduction of Waste Motor Oil Distillation Plant
Waste Motor Oil Distillation Plant ,is the new technology which can refine the waste motor oil into base oil(which can be made into diesel and gasoline after processed by our catalyst). The oil quality is better than the original normal pressure distillation technology, which show on purity ,transparence, lightness .this technology will do deodorization and destinke process to the raw material oil automatically by "dry type" vacuum pressure distillation method. With the vacuum distillation technology, the distillation temperature is considerably reduced, and the oil output will higher 5%-10% compared with original normal pressure distillation technology. It makes more profits to the enterprise virtually.
