Recently, Audi released a new 2.0-liter TFSI gasoline direct-injection turbocharged high-efficiency engine at the 2015 Vienna Automotive Symposium. It uses a breakthrough combustion method with a fuel consumption of less than 5 liters/100 kilometers under the New European Driving Cycle (NEDC).
