The new plant covers an area of ​​7,300 square meters. The plant is also the second plant in the European region of BorgWarner.

The new engineering and technical center covers an area of ​​6,700 square meters. When it is put into operation, it will bring equipment engineering and R&D capabilities to develop new technologies that can increase fuel economy and cut carbon emissions while enhancing performance.

James Verrier, president and CEO of BorgWarner, said that customer demand for its fuel economy technology is expected to continue to climb in the coming years. As the Euro VI emission standard is about to enter into force in 2014, the company’s demand in Europe will grow even more prominent. .
