Recently, Wuhan University of Technology and Shandong Shuoli Machinery Co., Ltd. jointly developed the “Three-dimensional CNC Bending Machine for Ships”. For the first time, the world introduced “Automation” into the entire hull plate processing section, and abandoned the traditional manual experience while making the entire shipbuilding. The efficiency has increased by more than ten times. At present, the technology has applied for Chinese invention patents and international patents, and new products have been put into use.
It is understood that China's shipbuilding in 2009 was completed at 42.43 million tons, with orders of 188.17 million tons, accounting for nearly 40% of the world's total. Facing the development direction of the world's shipbuilding industry, “large-scale, high-performance, high value-added”, the domestic shipbuilding industry urgently needs the support of digital shipbuilding equipment. According to Professor Wang Chengfang from Wuhan University of Technology, one of the developers of the equipment, for the countries of the world, one of the problems that must be solved in order to realize the automation of the hull plate processing is that the outer plate processing is plastic deformation, and the bending process will produce rebound. It is also prone to wrinkle deformation, and automatic molding is particularly difficult.
According to Jiao Hetong, the chairman of Shandong Shuoli Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the equipment first proposed the molding method of “square indenter adjustable active mold sheet surface forming device”, using special calculation and control software to automatically carry out ship plate forming processing; At the same time, the system can automatically detect calculation and control in real time, with learning and intelligent functions; graphical display of control panel, rich user interface, making operation convenient and intuitive. "'Ship three-dimensional CNC bending machine' is China's first major equipment for automated shipbuilding, revolutionizing the solution to a difficult problem in the world shipbuilding industry." Jiao Hetong said.
It is understood that the company's first product has been successfully applied in Wuhan.
