Starting from the blank design, all parameters have been verified theoretically, software tested, and repeatedly revised. During the trial production process, the problem of pre-grooving of the positioning sleeve of the driving gear milling tooling and the problem of the P65 machine tool vibration caused by the excessive weight of the driven wheel were solved. After a lot of efforts, the final success was achieved.
