Xichai plans that by 2015, annual sales of diesel engines will be as much as 650,000 units, and 700,000 units will be secured; sales revenue will be secured 18 billion yuan and efforts will be made to strive for 20 billion yuan; and 15,000 vehicles will be converted to realize a profit of 800 million yuan. According to the development requirements, Xichai proposes five strategies and four constructions for the next five years.
