These 11 models of energy-saving air compressors are all single-screw air compressors. The single-screw compressor technology conforms to the national key encouraged development industries and products have great market prospects, and has good economic, social and environmental benefits, in line with the requirements of sustainable development.

As early as 1978, China compiled and released the standard for oil-injected screw air compressors. The oil-injected screw air compressor mentioned in the standard is a twin-screw air compressor, which was revised in 1985, 1992 and 2002. The current JB/T6430-2002 generally uses an oil-injected screw air compressor. Since 2000, China's single-screw air compressor has developed rapidly, and there have been professional developments such as Zhengli Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Leyan Compressor Co., Ltd., Shanghai Feihe Industrial Group Co., Ltd., Fuxin Jinyu Air Compressor Co., Ltd., etc. A group of enterprises that produce and develop single-screw air compressors, the quality of the single-screw compressor products they produce has gradually stabilized, and the performance indicators have been continuously improved.

In 2005, Foshan Shunde Zhengli Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., Shanghai Feihe Industrial Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jialishi Machinery Co., Ltd. (formerly Zhejiang Leyan Compressor Co., Ltd.) and Beijing Jingcheng Environmental Protection Industry Development Co., Ltd. were jointly responsible. JB / T10525-2005 general injection single screw air compressor was drafted. The standard was released on September 23, 2005 and implemented on February 1, 2006. Since then, single screw air compressors have a special standard. However, due to the rapid development of single-screw technology in recent years, products such as 0 4 M Pa and 16 M Pa which are not specified in the industry standards have appeared. In addition, the performance of products covered by the standards has been greatly improved, and the original industry standards have been seriously lagging behind.

In the medium- and long-term special plan for energy conservation that has been promulgated by the Chinese government, the goals and development priorities of energy conservation in 2010 have been clearly pointed out, and the goal of meeting or exceeding the international advanced level of energy-using products and equipment by 2020 is proposed. In the 11th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, the state also regards energy conservation as the basic national policy during the 11th Five-Year Plan period, and proposes a target of reducing energy consumption per unit of GDP by about 20% during the 11th Five-Year Plan period.

Energy is also a key area in the National Medium- and Long-Term Science and Technology Development Plan (2006-2020), the National Eleventh Five-Year Science and Technology Development Plan, and the National Science and Technology Support Program's Eleventh Five-Year Development Program. In July 2006, the National Development and Reform Commission and other seven departments jointly issued and issued the implementation opinions of the eleventh and fifty-key key energy-saving projects, and put forward detailed and specific tasks and objectives for the energy conservation work of the 11th Five-Year Plan. To this end, the development of the standard for single-screw air compressors is included in the research topic of energy-saving standards and energy-efficiency labels for major energy-using products and equipment of the National Science and Technology Support Program. Single-screw air compressors are listed as the main energy-using equipment products, and require the development of national standards to promote the design and development of energy-using products and energy efficiency labeling.

2 Research content

In recent years, in-depth research on the single-screw line type and star wheel structure, some companies have made breakthroughs and applied for patents. At present, domestic single-screw production plants and scientific research institutions have successively developed and developed their own high-precision CNC screw processing machine and high-precision CNC star wheel processing machine, and the indexing accuracy error can be controlled within 10%. Based on this, we propose that the design life of the single screw air compressor mainframe should be no less than 20 years.

Generally no more than 110, the use of synthetic lubrication does not exceed 130. Therefore, the exhaust temperature requirements are modified to be when the first inspiratory temperature is 40, the cooling water inlet temperature is less than or equal to 30, and the exhaust pressure is the rated exhaust pressure. The exhaust temperature should not exceed 110 at all levels. When the rated exhaust pressure is greater than 1 25 M Pa and lubricated with synthetic oil, the exhaust temperature limits of each stage are allowed to exceed 110, but not more than 130.

It is revised by testing and counting the test data of the relevant products and the relevant data provided by the production unit.

2 6 Energy efficiency limit value and energy efficiency rating JB / T10525- 2005 There is no relevant requirement for input specific power. The state has implemented the energy efficiency labeling system for air compressor products on March 1, 2010. Therefore, the input specific power requirements should be introduced to meet the requirements of energy efficiency labeling system and energy-saving product certification. Taking the input specific power of the unit as the evaluation index, the specific energy efficiency limit value and level regulation are determined according to the energy efficiency limit value and energy efficiency rating of the GB19153-2009 volumetric air compressor.
