Application of  pressure control equipment 

KJT-2V is an automatic pressure control kit for keep chamber at constant pressure from 10Kpa to 230 KPa

( 75 Torr to 1750 Torr , or 0.1 atm --- 2 atm )

Specification of  pressure control equipment

Equipment includes
       

  • One Pressure Transducer with M14 Male Port :   0 - 230 KPa  with 1% accuracy
  • Two Solenoid Valves with connecting ports of 1/4'' BSPP
  •  ( Male ) 
  • One control box with digital pressure Display and controller.    
  • 110V-220VAC power cable and plug included
  • Canon connectors are preinstalled with transducer and solenoid  valve,as well as back of control box.


Typical Operation Procedures
  
       

  • Install one solenoid valve to one end of tube flange,  then connect valve to inlet gas tank ( 1/4" I.D rubber hose required)
  • Install another  solenoid valve to another end of tube flange,  then connect the valve to vacuum pump
  • Install pressure transducer to tube flange
  • Plug all connector to control box, and plug control box to  110VAC ( or 220VAC ) power source.
  • Set pressure low limit and high limit on digital controller then,  tube furnace will keep pressure with desired range accurately.




Application Notes

Gas flow-in/out rate can largely affect system pressure 
control accuracy, 

the minimum range of pressure control recorded by     

using the system shown in below is :  

  •   +/- 100 mtorr (<1 torr),
  •   +/- 5 torr (1~760 torr),
