Praxair will build, manage and operate three sets of vacuum pressure swing adsorption oxygen generators with a total capacity of 14,100 cubic meters per hour (about 500 tons per day) near Jinlong Copper to meet Jinlong Copper's flash speed Copper smelting process needs. At present, Praxair's oxygen plant construction work has already begun. The first oxygen generator will transport oxygen to Jinlong Copper in January 2007. The second unit will be put into production in July of the same year. The third system will be used. The oxygen plant will be officially put into production in August 2008.
