The current large-volume gas cylinders are single-cylinder gas cylinders. Compared with the double-cylinder gas cylinders, they have a complete set of external valves and piping accessories, reducing about 40 leak-prone points. In addition, the vertical center of gravity of the single-story frame system of large-capacity cylinders is approximately 350 mm lower than that of the double-layer frame, which enables the center of gravity to be more concentrated and the structural stability to be greatly improved, making the vehicle turn more stable and safer. And the internal structure of the large volume cylinder is designed and optimized according to 5 times of gravitational acceleration (the conventional cylinder internal structure is designed according to 3 times of gravitational acceleration), and has passed the third party anti-vibration test, the internal structural stability is improved by 50%, and the large volume The cylinder structure is stronger.

Lower operating costs

In the same period of time, the number of discharges from the safety valves of large volume cylinders was significantly less than that of small cylinders, which reduced the waste of LNG emissions. The saved natural gas equivalent to trucks can run 80 kilometers more. As the number of external valves, piping and other accessories greatly reduced, common LNG vehicle after-sales problems, such as valves, fittings, pipeline leakage, such post-operational costs can be reduced by more than 30%;
