The third is to optimize service guidance and nurture new technologies. Organize agricultural machinery technicians, township agricultural workers, large grain producers, family farmers and representatives of agricultural machinery cooperatives, organize special training courses on grain drying technology, organize on-site observation, and improve the level of knowledge theory and operation skills.
