Butterfly valves in the high-performance anti-corrosion series are designed for specialized applications, offering a robust and efficient solution. The valve features a two-piece stemless pin connection, which simplifies the structure and makes maintenance and disassembly extremely easy—allowing for quick removal without complex tools. The disc is equipped with automatic alignment in both vertical and horizontal directions, ensuring precise seating and minimizing disc-to-seat interference. The seat uses a tongue-and-groove design, guaranteeing accurate alignment between the valve body, seat, and disc. This design also allows for easy replacement of the seat when needed. The valve employs the world's most advanced spherical sealing technology, providing a more reliable seal. Because of the spherical seal, the valve operates smoothly during opening and closing, reducing friction and torque. This means users can opt for low-power actuators, lowering overall costs. Additionally, the life of the seat is significantly extended—up to 3–4 times longer than that of a standard center-line butterfly valve. The seat flange has a wide-brimmed, large-arc structure, making it fully compatible with both flanged and welded connections. It can be easily connected to any standard flange, enhancing its versatility. The valve stem includes an axial positioning device with a dual-pad system, along with a pair of open-loop spring clamp rings. This setup prevents accidental disassembly of the stem while also supporting axial loads, preventing the weight of the stem from transferring to the disc. The stem seals are designed for two-way protection—preventing foreign contaminants from entering the system and stopping media leakage. A sleeve supports the stem and further reduces the torque required for operation. Two types of sleeves are available: one lubricated with bronze and another with Teflon, allowing users to choose based on their specific application needs. Due to the valve body’s integrated construction instead of a traditional seat backrest, the overall strength of the valve is significantly increased. This design enables the valve to achieve a nominal pressure rating of up to 20 kg, which is typically beyond the capabilities of standard center-line butterfly valves.
