Production Description
The GDV45-3 High Pressure Monoblock Directional Control Valve is designed for demanding applications. It features a rated flow rate of 45 L/min and a maximum flow rate of 100 L/min. The valve can handle pressures up to 310 bar at the P port and 310 bar at the A/B ports, with a maximum pressure of 25 bar at the T port. Internal leakage is maintained within 30–35 cc/min at 70 bar.
The operating temperature range of the hydraulic oil is -20°C to 80°C with NBR seals and -20°C to 100°C with FPM seals. The spool stroke is ±7 mm in the 1/2 position, and it extends to ±7–9 mm when the floating function is activated. The recommended operating temperature range is -40°C to 60°C.
