(3) Selecting the numerical control equipment from the maintenance point of view In the selection of equipment, the advancement, reliability and maintainability of the equipment should be considered. Advancedness refers to advanced equipment technology; reliability refers to the average time between failures of equipment and average failure rate, especially whether the control system passes the quality inspection of the national authority; maintainability refers to whether it is easy to repair, whether there is Good spare parts market supply, complete technical information of various repairs, whether there is good after-sales service, whether the maintenance technology capability is available, and whether the equipment performance price ratio is reasonable. Here, we must pay special attention to the integrity of the drawings, especially the backup system disk, PLC program software, system transmission parts, transmission means, operation passwords, etc., are indispensable. The equipment manufacturer's technical training for the user cannot go through the game. These must be noted and carefully implemented in the order contract, so as not to bring difficulties to future work. In addition, the same series of CNC systems should be selected as much as possible, which is beneficial to the management and maintenance of the equipment.

(4) Strengthening the installation, commissioning and acceptance of numerical control equipment In order to ensure the quality of new equipment, strict control measures have been formulated in the installation, commissioning and acceptance of equipment, in accordance with the contract, technical agreement, international and domestic standards and the acceptance criteria. The items are checked item by item. Acceptance includes: pre-acceptance at the factory; inspection of the outer packaging before the equipment is unpacked; inspection of the appearance and quantity of the parts after unpacking, various supporting materials, manuals, maintenance manuals, accessories manuals, system software and manuals, etc. Carefully check and keep it in a safe place, especially for system software. In this way, it will facilitate the development of additional functions of the equipment and the maintenance and repair of the machine tool in the future. After the machine tool is debugged, the RS232 interface is used to transmit the final parameters of the machine after adjustment, in case the machine parameters are lost and used as a backup. After installation and commissioning, the following items should be checked: geometric accuracy, positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy, working accuracy, numerical control function, safety and noise, machining standard parts, machining parts of the buyer's designated products, machine cutting power, machine tool reliability, etc.

CNC equipment involves many technologies such as machine, electricity, liquid, gas, light, etc., with high technical content and difficult maintenance. Technical data is the basis for analyzing faults and is a prerequisite for solving problems.
