BK Series Screw Air Compressor Instruction:
The BK series compressors represent a significant advancement in design and performance. Each component is engineered for reliability and ease of maintenance. The BK series industrial screw air compressor is available in belt-driven (11kw - 18.5kw), optional gear-driven, and direct-driven (7.5kw - 132kw) configurations, with discharge pressures ranging from 0.8MPa to 1.3MPa and the option for variable frequency control.
Product Application
Rotors are the key elements in producing compressed air efficiently. KAISHAN airends use a male 5-lobe rotor driving a 6-lobe female rotor. These advanced Y-profile rotors were introduced in the LG series compressors.
They have the following characteristics:
1. Larger rotors ensure slower rotor speeds, delivering compressed air more efficiently than smaller ones.
2. This results in energy cost savings and longer unit life.
3. Airends are guaranteed for 3 years. The rotor profile minimizes leakage, and tighter clearances achieved through advanced manufacturing processes result in higher efficiency and improved lubrication.

♦ Belt tension can be auto-matched with flexible belts, reducing pressure and efficiency loss, and increasing time efficiency.
♦ Narrow belts provide higher transmission power, about 98% efficiency, reduce internal heat, prevent aging, enjoy longer service life, and much lower stretch ability.
Economic Operation
The system adopts stepless capacity regulation from 0-100%. When gas consumption decreases, exhaust volume decreases, motor current also drops. When no gas, the compressor runs empty, and after a long period, it automatically shuts down. When gas consumption increases, it resumes operation. This ensures optimal energy-saving performance.
Good Environment Adaptability
The cooling system is specially designed, especially suitable for high-temperature and high-humidity environments in Asia. Vibration and noise reduction measures are excellent, allowing Kaishan screw air compressors to be installed without special foundations, just leaving minimal ventilation and maintenance space, making it easy to arrange your compressor.
