For the blue light overflow of LED, Zhang Shanduan believes that this problem is not insurmountable. The development of products with low color temperature and enhanced secondary light distribution can significantly reduce the harm. He said that it is imperative to do two things. First, the state should formulate mandatory standards as soon as possible. Second, it is necessary to organize experts to give recommendations for use.
