The BSV series back-flushing control valves are 3-way and single-chamber hydraulic-driven diaphragm control valves designed for low-pressure sealing and smooth flow transitions. These valves can be integrated with gravel filters or disc filters to create an automatic backwashing filtration system. They also allow for the redirection of water flow in water supply systems, making them highly versatile in various applications.

Typical Applications

Automatic Back-Flushing Filtration System:

These valves are ideal for integration into automatic backwashing systems when used with gravel or disc filters, ensuring continuous and efficient filtration without manual intervention.

Water Supply Systems:

They are commonly used in water supply pipelines to redirect the flow of water either in a straight or angled direction, offering flexibility in system design and operation.

Key Features

1. Hydraulic drive diaphragm control valve;

2. Unique plastic spool assembly with tight sealing and corrosion resistance;

3. Short stroke design ensures stable water flow and prevents mixing of clean and dirty water;

4. Manufactured from PP material, which is resistant to corrosion;

5. Easy-to-dismantle drive system for convenient inspection and maintenance;

6. Single-chamber design with low-voltage drive that protects the diaphragm effectively;

7. Suitable for low-flow water filtration or supply systems.

How It Works

In normal filtering mode, the inlet and outlet are connected, allowing water to flow straight through. When pressurized water flows into the diaphragm control chamber, the diaphragm drives the spool assembly upward, sealing the inlet and connecting the sewage outlet to the outflow, enabling backwashing. When the control chamber is drained, the pressure and spring force return the spool assembly to its original position, resealing the sewage outlet and returning the valve to the filtering mode.

Alloy Steel Pipe

Alloy pipe is a kind of seamless Steel Pipe, its performance is much higher than that of general seamless steel pipe, because this type of steel pipe contains more Cr, its high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance performance is much better than other Steel pipe, so the alloy pipe is widely used in petroleum, aerospace, chemical, electric power, boiler, military and other industries.
Alloy steel is steel that is alloyed with a variety of elements in total amounts between 1.0% and 50% by weight to improve its mechanical properties. Alloy steels are broken down into two groups: low-alloy steels and high-alloy steels. The difference between the two is somewhat arbitrary: Smith and Hashemi define the difference at 4.0%, while Degarmo, et al., define it at 8.0%.Most commonly, the phrase "alloy steel" refers to low-alloy steels.
