The first member congress reviewed and adopted the regulations of the China Agricultural Mechanization Association and the management of dues, and elected the first council and leadership team of the China Agricultural Mechanization Association. Zhang Taolin, vice minister of the Ministry of Agriculture, was elected as the president of the association; Ma Shiqing was elected as executive vice president; Liu Min was elected vice president and secretary general of the agricultural machinery test appraisal terminal station of the Ministry of Agriculture; and the elected vice president unit covers agricultural scientific research, teaching, production, circulation, Identification, promotion and key agricultural machinery companies.
The China Agricultural Mechanization Association is a comprehensive community organization in the agricultural mechanization industry. The predecessor of the China Agricultural Mechanization Association was the China Agricultural Machinery Testing and Testing Association established in 1993.
