However, Sinopec Lubricating Oil Company was the first company they knew to obtain unified certification from the group. Through group certification, a unified quality management process, a unified product formulation system, a unified product quality standard, and raw material and finished product inspection specifications have been formed. At the same time, the company passed various internal audits and annual audits by certification bodies to ensure the effectiveness of the system's operation. There are also on-site audits from major customers each year. For example, major customers such as Dongfeng Nissan conducted six on-site audits of Sinopec Lubricants Corporation in 2009.

Promote the unified management of the laboratory. In 2007, the LIMS laboratory information management system project was launched, and a quality data sharing platform was set up in 12 laboratories, realizing the real-time monitoring of the quality of products and main raw materials. Every year, it participates in the comparison of international laboratory data, and the comparison between laboratories of the direct affiliation units ensures the accuracy and consistency of the analysis data of each unit.

Random sampling, verification quality. Sinopec Lubricant Company has actively implemented a physical quality sampling inspection mechanism, regularly sampling samples from the market and production units' warehouses, and conducting physical quality retests. From 2002 to 2009, a total of 286 products were spot-checked by joint-stock companies and technical supervision departments at all levels, and all sampling results were qualified.
