If it is a single-minded mine, the length of the mine should also take into account the restrictions on ventilation.

Most mines in China use electric rafts to transport ore, so the mines are generally arranged in an oblique direction.

(2) The width of the mine - the width of the mine is between 8 and 20 meters

The width of the mine is mainly determined by the span (exposure area) at which the top plate is allowed to be exposed. However, it is also related to the thickness of the ore body and the inclination of the ore body. When leaving permanently separated pillars, the width of the mine should be as close as possible to the maximum safe span allowed for the roof of the mine.

According to the thickness of the ore body and the stability of the surrounding rock, the width of the mine varies between 8 and 20 meters.

(3) pillar size

The size of the pillar of the 1 room column method depends on the strength of the pillar, which is the maximum average pressure the pillar can withstand. Of course this is directly related to the amount of load acting on the pillar.

In addition, the size of the pillar is related to the role of the pillar and whether the pillar is to be recovered later. If you want to recycle later, you can leave it larger and you can leave the continuous pillar. Otherwise stay a little smaller.

In addition, it is related to the thickness of the ore body. If the thickness of the ore body increases, the size of the retained column should also increase. When the thickness of the ore body is less than 5 meters, it may be considered to leave the column. When the thickness of the ore body is relatively large, a continuous column of about 5 meters wide should be left.

When the continuous pillar is left, the ore content accounts for about 40%;

4 Column width between stages: generally 3 to 5 meters. (Interstage column refers to the general term for the top column and the bottom column)

Non-Explosion Proof Type Pyrometer

Conditions in furnace are always tough alone with high temperature and high pressure. Limited to the requirements of operation environment and instrument`s structure, thermocouple thermometry would result in inaccurate measurement and lag reaction when works in harsh condition such as frequently temperature changes, large pressure fluctuations and event in vibration.

Since a thermocouple works at the high temperature ( usually 1200 ℃ ~ 1300 ℃) in furnace for long term, the thermocouple junction box also works at high temperature between 100 ℃ to 120 ℃, which will dramatically reduce instrument`s service life to a range from few weeks to few months. It will increases use-cost and maintenance workload.
