Among them, in the second quarter of 2010, the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision conducted special supervision and spot checks on the quality of adhesive products for indoor decoration materials produced and sold in the city. A total of 45 batches of products were supervised and spot checked, and one batch was rejected after inspection. Among these 45 batches, 39 batches of products produced in this Municipality were unqualified, and 1 batch was unqualified; 6 batches of products from other provinces and municipalities were unqualified and 0 batches were unqualified.
This supervision and inspection is based on GB 18583-2008 "Restriction of harmful substances in interior decoration materials adhesives", GB/T 20740-2006 "Adhesive sampling", HG/T 2727-1995 "Polyvinyl acetate emulsion wood adhesive", JC/ The requirements of national standards and related standards such as T 438-2006 Water-Soluble PVA Architectural Adhesives were tested on the following items of adhesive products: free formaldehyde, benzene, toluene + xylene, total volatile organics, compression shear Strength - Dry Strength, Compression Shear Strength - Wet Strength, Minimum Film Forming Temperature, Bond Strength, Low Temperature Stability.
