Heat Exchanger Features: 1. Materials: Copper, aluminum, and galvanized steel. 2. Aluminum foil options: Hydrophilic or bare finish. 3. Fin types: Louvered, flat, or corrugated. 4. Copper tube options: Diameter ranging from 7mm to 15.888mm, available in grooved or smooth versions. 5. Fin pitch can be adjusted between 1.8–5.8mm. 6. Hole pitch and row pitch: 25×21.65mm and 12.7×19.05mm respectively. 7. Suitable for refrigerants such as R134A, R22, R404A, and R407C. 8. Voltage options: 220V/1/50Hz or 380V/3/50Hz, or customized. 9. Condensing fans available: Shaded pole or outer rotor fan motor. 10. The twin-screw extruders operate continuously with very short residence times.

The parallel twin screw and the conical twin screw

According to whether the screw axis is parallel or not, the twin screws can be divided into the conical twin screw and the parallel twin screw, where the parallel twin screws are divided into fully intermeshing type, partly intermeshing type, non-engaged type, etc. In the case of parallel screws, the feed end and the die end have the same diameter.

The diameter of the screws in the conical twin-screw extruder is larger at the feed end and smaller at the die end.
