The "Industrial Boiler Gas Combustion Device" is a state-level key environmental protection technology recently announced by the China Environmental Protection Industry Association. Developed independently by Fujian Putian City Blue Sky Dust Removal Equipment Co., Ltd., this project is a key scientific and technological initiative of Fujian Province. It is designed for the industrial boiler manufacturing and retrofitting sector, filling a critical gap in China's industrial boiler combustion technology. The product features a unique and compact design, making it easy to operate while meeting strict environmental and energy-saving standards.
This gas combustion device works by mixing gas generated in the boiler's gasifier and sending it through a gas safety system into the furnace for combustion. The heat produced is then absorbed by the boiler, enabling clean coal combustion. The device offers three main advantages:
First, it delivers significant energy savings—approximately 25% overall. Compared to oil-fired boilers, using coal for gasification to produce a mixed gas for combustion can reduce fuel costs by over 60%. Compared to traditional coal-fired boilers, coal consumption is reduced by more than 15%. There's no need for a dust collector, saving about 5 tons of water per hour. The power of the drum draught fan is more than 50% lower than that of conventional coal-fired boilers. With an annual operation of 300 days and 20 hours per day, the unit can save approximately 1.5 million yuan in fuel costs each year.
Second, the device has excellent environmental performance. After converting coal into gas, it is burned safely through the gas safety system, eliminating the need for dust removal equipment. This saves a large amount of industrial water and prevents secondary pollution from wastewater, aligning with national environmental standards. Since the gas is fully combusted, there are no smoke or particulate emissions, far exceeding the emission levels of oil-fired boilers.
Third, the device ensures reliable safety. The combustion system is tightly sealed, explosion-proof, and highly responsive. It operates under normal pressure and uses a negative pressure process, ensuring safe and stable performance.
Currently, the device has been widely promoted and implemented across the country and has also been exported to Southeast Asia, Africa, and other regions. Recently, a Nigerian merchant placed an order for six sets of the device at once, demonstrating its growing international appeal.
