WABCO unveiled many "industry first" braking technologies at the Shanghai Auto Show

On April 20th, 2015, WABCO Holdings Inc., the world's leading innovator and supplier of commercial vehicle safety and efficiency, unveiled its leading technology at the 16th Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition in 2015 and focused on displaying numerous “industry firsts”. Industry-leading OnGuardACTIVETM - Advanced Emergency Braking System (AEBS) for trucks and buses. Can detect obstacles that are moving, decelerating, or still in front. This system uses a powerful 77GHz radar sensor to maintain system performance in all weather conditions. OnGuardACTIVETM is able to analyze traffic conditions up to 200 meters in front of it to find out as soon as possible conditions that may be dangerous to the vehicle. And, it can take automatic braking measures until the vehicle is completely stopped, helping to prevent rear-end accidents or reduce accident losses.

OnGuardACTIVETM is the industry's first AEBS system to comply with current European regulations. WABCO has signed letters of intent with three commercial vehicle manufacturers, including China Foton, Yutong Bus and BYD, to equip WABCO's OnGuardACTIVETM and OnLaneTM lane departure warning systems for Europe's next-generation trucks and buses.

Advanced OnLaneTM - a lane departure warning system based on advanced camera technology. The position of the vehicle within the lane markings can be continuously monitored. WABCO's OnLaneTM is a state-of-the-art assisted driving system that detects lane departures when the driver is not actively operating and warns the driver visually and audibly. Therefore, this system effectively improves the driver's attention as well as the overall safety of the vehicle and the road. WABCO's OnLaneTM fully meets the relevant requirements and regulations of EU regulations.

Breakthrough mBSP? - Modular Braking System Platform (mBSP) enables global commercial vehicle manufacturers to interchangeably assemble anti-lock brakes on different truck and bus platforms based on regional market or regulatory requirements Braking system (ABS) or electronic braking (EBS) system. WABCO's mBSP is also the industry's first, whether anti-lock braking system (ABS) or electronic braking system (EBS) has the highest degree of standardization of the system components and software.

The market-leading OptiRideTM - Electronically Controlled Air Suspension Technology (ECAS). Load transfer can be automated to avoid axle overload, which helps reduce vehicle wear and other operating costs. Under certain conditions, WABCO's OptiRideTM delivers up to 3% fuel savings while providing the best driving performance. China is the world's largest commercial vehicle market. The industry's award-winning OptiDriveTM - a modular, automated mechanical transmission control system (AMT). By optimizing the shift operation, the team can save up to 5% fuel. The background and signification of research this waste tire pyrolysis program

As tire has been used for all other industry widely, they are playing an important role in the development of our economy, but waste tire did not easy to broken after being used and it becomes a big pollution for our environment .Therefore it is urgent to process those waste material without pollution.

In addition ,as the fastest development of world economy ,the shortage of petroleum will be urgent more and more , even the expert had stated that it will have no petroleum recover in earth after 15years later, so searching the new resource becomes an issue which is concerned by all the countries of the world.  




1.Working process Of waste tire Pyrolysis Plant:

First, the raw materials are put into the reactor, and then seal the feeding in door, later start the machine and the reactor will be rotating and heated by coal, natural gas, wood or electricity. When the temperature reaches the degree of 250 to 280, we will get the crude oil, the oil steam will be continuous produced until the temperature reaches 350-460 C; oil steam will flow through oil gas separator, light component will enter the condensers and meanwhile the heavy oil will be discharged automatically into in heavy oil tank. The liquefied part will be condensed as crude oil, and the part which cannot be liquefied will be transferred by the water seal back to the burning chamber to be reused as heating material.
