Working house fire in Lake Forest, 1-27-15

This is from Niko Stefani: I was at a working fire in Lake Forest on Tuesday evening. The department responded with their full working fire protocol, and they also called for an Investigator Box Alarm, which is typically used when there's a suspected cause of fire that needs to be investigated. There are no photos of the house itself, as a gesture of respect to the homeowners. Here’s a breakdown of the responding units: - **Lake Forest**: Engine Co. 422, Engine Co. 421, Ambulance 421, Battalion 42, 4201, 4200 - **Lake Bluff Rescue Co.**: 4520 - **Deerfield-Bannockburn**: Engine Co. 19 & Ambulance 19 - **Lincolnshire-Riverwoods**: Truck Co. 53 - **Highwood**: Truck Co. 37 & 3700 You can check out my fire photos here: [Niko Stefani's Flickr Page](https://www.flickr.com/photos/106860196@N07/) Below are some close-up shots of the units that were on scene: - **Deerfield-Bannockburn FPD Ambulance 19** - **Lincolnshire-Riverwoods FPD Truck 53** - **Highwood Fire Department Truck 37** It was a busy night with multiple agencies involved, and it’s always interesting to see how different departments coordinate during a large-scale response. I’m glad I could capture some of the action and share it with others who are interested in emergency services.
