CSIC Heavy Industries VII, the smallest rear-receiving fin stabilizer passed the navigation test

Recently, the Qiongsha No. 3 passenger and cargo ship, equipped with a 7-square-meter rear-reduction fin stabilizer developed by Qiqi, successfully completed the "Gaohaiqing Shake Test" under extremely challenging sea conditions in the Xisha Sea area. This test marks a significant milestone, as it is the first time that the smallest rear-receiving fin stabilizer of the seven-fourth generation has been proven effective in real-world high-sea navigation. The comprehensive testing process—covering mooring tests, navigation trials, and high-sea condition evaluations—was completed in just 20 days, setting a new benchmark for speed and efficiency in product validation. This rapid turnaround not only demonstrates the reliability and performance of the stabilizer system but also highlights Qiqi's advanced engineering capabilities and commitment to innovation in marine technology. The successful test paves the way for broader applications of this stabilizer on similar vessels, offering improved stability, comfort, and safety for passengers and cargo. As maritime travel continues to grow, such advancements play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience and operational efficiency of seafaring operations.
