At present, most tire manufacturing processes use traditional isotherm isothermal tire vulcanization technology. That is, a certain temperature and pressure medium (such as steam) is introduced into the bladder of the vulcanized tire, and for a certain period of time, the vulcanized tire is passed into the capsule. Over hot water. During the entire curing process, the hot water maintains a constant pressure and temperature to circulate without interruption, and isostatic pressure is maintained during the curing process. This process consumes a lot of energy and is the most energy-consuming process in tire production. In fact, the heat of the circulating superheated water is absorbed only by a small part of the tire, and a large amount of hot water is inefficiently circulated. At the same time, the traditional vulcanization process is prone to over-vulcanization due to the long curing time. Over-vulcanization will greatly reduce the physical properties of the rubber compound and affect the quality of the tire.
The advantages of the new tire vulcanization technology are: First, it greatly reduces the cycle time of superheated water in the tire vulcanization process, saves the energy needed for heating a large amount of superheated water, and also saves energy in the process of circulating superheated water. The energy consumption of the tire vulcanization process is greatly reduced. The new process saves energy costs by 3.38 yuan per tire compared to the traditional process. According to the annual production of 1 million sets of tire factory, theoretically, it can save 3.38 million yuan in costs; second, it shortens the tire curing time. , Increased productivity and output, but also increased equipment utilization. At present, the isotherm variable temperature tire vulcanization technology is being promoted in nearly 10 tire factories in China and has obtained national invention patents.
