Ultra-clear full color RGB CCD sensor(with 5000+ pixels) makes 0.1mm precision possible.
Our old machine takes them as 2048 pixels and 0.3mm precision.Other suppliers come out with 0.3-0.7mm precision.
Length of Chute slideway redesigned into 1.2m while old machine is 1m. 20%-30% handling capacity increased due to this new chute.

Sorting programming "bitand"Â &"bitor".
Our 4th generation machine can be able to process with "bitand" &"bitor" algorithm. "bitand" means, for example, ejector only take rejecting while both of front and rear cameras recognize bad material at the same time. "bitor" means ejector takes reject while either of front or rear cameras recognize bad material.
